Dominic Rivard is an award-winning commercial winemaker, distributor, exporter, author, and passionate wine industry innovator with over 25 years of experience. His interest in wine began at 17 when he started making wine from local fruits and grapes. He has won numerous awards and medals in national and international wine competitions.

Dominic is also a founding director of the Fruit Wines of Canada Association, which promotes fruit wines and the industry throughout Canada. For the past couple of decades, he has pioneered the development of fruit wines worldwide and has owned and operated wine and cider operations and brands for most of this time.
